Stride + Soul: A Reflective Running Program
Whether you are new to running or have been running for years, work with me to improve your physical fitness and build confidence and self connection as a runner and in life.
It takes consistency over time to see progress in physical fitness! I offer both three month and six month coaching programs.
Running
In an introductory call, we will talk through your running goals, current level of fitness, schedule, and any history of injury. I’ll onboard you onto my coaching platform and update your training plan on an ongoing basis. We will meet virtually once a month to check in on how things are going, especially focusing on incorporating aspects of holistic training and injury prevention (running, strength, mobility, nutrition, recovery). You can text, email, or contact me through the coaching platform at any time for questions, motivation, or advice.
Reflection
Each week, I’ll send you a virtual journal that will provide a space for reflection inspired by a theme of the week, covering both running and personal prompts. This will be your space to check in on aspects of your running training and for personal reflection and connection.
