Hi, I’m Deanna

As a former corporate girlie, I understand how difficult it can be to prioritize your fitness with a busy life and demanding career. Certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and a runner of a decade, I love helping ambitious women ditch the frustration with their fitness routine and live a healthier lifestyle.

Coaching Program

  • In six months, the difference between where you are now and where you can be when you fully commit and give yourself real accountability, is night and day.

    Based on your goals, I’ll develop a program unique to you that includes running, strength, and mobility. And because I coach the whole runner, we will discuss nutrition, recovery, and mindset too. We will meet regularly, and you can contact me at any time, so you have someone in your corner throughout the entirety of the program.

    P.S. I am based in San Diego and while I primarily coach virtually, I love to meet up with my San Diego clients in person.
