University Heights: Neighbors in Stride
If you live in University Heights and are looking to end the year strong, get to know your neighbors, and give running a try in a beginner friendly group, this program is for you!
Over the course of two months, we will train together for the San Diego Santa Run 5K on December 13th. The program will include:
An in person kick off event
Weekly runs around the neighborhood
A defined training plan through a coaching app
A WhatsApp group for communication & support
No prior running experience required, just a love for your neighborhood and the willingness to discover what you're capable of!
Duration: October 13th - December 13th
Stride: One-On-One Coaching
No matter where you are in the running journey— just getting started, looking to get back into it, or already in the flow— join my one-on-one running coaching program, Stride. Because it takes time to build fitness in a safe and sustainable way, I offer both three and six month programs.
As a coach, I am very hands on and keep an open line of communication consistently, developing a unique relationship with each client that empowers them to meet their goals for the program.
In an introductory call, we will talk through your running goals, current level of fitness, typical schedule, and any history of injury. I’ll onboard you onto my coaching platform and update your training plan on an ongoing basis. We will meet regularly to check in on how things are going, especially focusing on incorporating aspects of holistic training and injury prevention (running, strength, mobility, nutrition, recovery).
